Media Accreditation Terms and Conditions

  1. Accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of covering ZIFA-sanctioned matches, events and official activities.
  2. Submission of an application does not guarantee accreditation. All applications are subject to review and approval by ZIFA.
  3. Accreditation is issued to bona fide media practitioners and organisations only. ZIFA reserves the right to request proof of identity, assignment letter, press card or any other supporting documentation.
  4. Accreditation is strictly personal, non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom it has been issued.
  5. Accredited media shall at all times comply with ZIFA regulations, stadium rules, security requirements and instructions issued by matchday officials, safety officers or authorised ZIFA personnel.
  6. Access granted under accreditation is limited to designated media areas only. Entry into restricted zones, including the field of play, team areas and other controlled spaces, is prohibited unless expressly authorised.
  7. Accredited media must conduct themselves professionally and in a manner that does not interfere with match operations, players, officials, spectators or broadcast activities.
  8. Any photography, filming, recording or live content production must be carried out in accordance with ZIFA’s media, broadcast and commercial rights regulations.
  9. Accreditation may be withdrawn, suspended or denied at any time if the holder is found to have breached these terms and conditions, provided false information, misused access, or acted in a manner deemed inappropriate or prejudicial to ZIFA or the event.
  10. ZIFA reserves the right to limit the number of accreditations issued for any event in line with operational, safety, space or commercial considerations.
  11. Accredited media are responsible for the safekeeping of their accreditation passes. Lost, stolen or damaged passes must be reported immediately to ZIFA.
  12. By applying for accreditation, applicants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for accreditation, security, communication and event management purposes.
  13. ZIFA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  14. By submitting an application, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
