Zimbabwe’s sports management journey is entering its second chapter.
Following the launch of the inaugural MSU/ZIFA/FIFA/CIES International Programme in Sports Management in 2026, Midlands State University, in collaboration with the Zimbabwe Football Association, FIFA and the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), is now welcoming applications for the 2nd Edition of the programme in 2027.

The programme covers key areas including sports management, communication, law, marketing and sponsorship, finance, and event management.
Running from March to December 2027, the programme will combine face-to-face learning, online classes, practical case studies and engagement with industry experts, creating an environment where academic knowledge meets the realities of sports management.
The second edition reinforces the commitment of MSU, ZIFA, FIFA and CIES to strengthening sports administration and developing a new generation of capable, professional and forward-thinking sports leaders in Zimbabwe.
