The ZIFA Ethics Committee wishes to inform the football fraternity and the public that, in line with its mandate under the ZIFA Statutes and the ZIFA Electoral Code, it has commenced the vetting and integrity assessment process for all candidates who have met the basic nomination requirements for the forthcoming ZIFA Members’ Elections scheduled between 6 and 14 December 2025. A list of the said candidates is attached below.

The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) issues this statement to outline the circumstances surrounding the non-selection of Mr. Marshall Munetsi for the Warriors squad submitted for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), in accordance with applicable CAF regulations and the FIFA Club Protection Programme (2023–2026).
